Me and my husband are looking to expand our family. We live in WV but frequent NC very often. We are thing about moving there anyway. We’ve had 1 successful but unfortunately ended in a miscarriage. We are open to all races but prefer African American. We would really have to eat a donor agreement isigned just incase the donor wanted to be in the conceived child’s life. We’d prefer the donor not to be involved in the child’s life.
